Taylor lost her first tooth today!
I feel like we missed the toothless stage with this one! It is the bottom front-right and it has been hanging on by a thread for the last few days. She could push it flat against her lip....gross! The permanent tooth behind it has been coming in for a few weeks. She still has an adorable smile!
We are avoiding breaking the bank with the tooth fairy! I just put a little note, some floss and two $1 coins in the pocket. Daddy took her shopping and bought her a bunch of flowers; she got to pick them out and was pretty excited about the whole thing. She cracks me up.She puts the belt to my robe over her eyes when she sleeps across the bed...she looks like a ninja. She says it keeps the light out in her already pitch black room.

Chinese Speech Contest
Taylor participated in the 3rd Annual Colorado Chinese Speech contest on Saturday and had a lot of fun! She made a new friend and took 2nd place in the Kindergarten group! She is most excited about making a new friend! I am just happy she had a good time and did her best. All the kids were good; unbelievable they were up there all alone and speaking a foreign language. Tay's speech was about Friends and the three things she likes about them: they stick up for each other, they are nice and share, and they are kind to others. My shy little girl is coming out of her shell! Her teacher at GVA translated her speech in to Mandarin. Mrs. Ge will be so excited!!

Happy Anniversary Ten Years
Ten years ago Kip and I were married in Laguna Beach, California at Tivoli Terrace on a Friday night. Our ceremony was just perfect with romance and humor blended together surrounded by our family and close friends.
Today Kip and I celebrated 10 years of marriage! He brought home a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a very sentimental card. He then boarded a plane to Chicago to pitch a business idea. I hope and pray it is a hit! He will get some time to spend with his mom and dad, sister and brother and family as well. Taylor and I miss him already, but we are going to have girl's night in with a movie!

Easter 2010
Some Bunny Loves You!
Auntie Sherry came for a fun filled visit over Spring Break and once again we spent Easter with her. We love her visits and are always sad when it is time for her to go home. Our weekend included Easter celebrations at the Wildlife Museum with friends Pam and girls Sydney & Miah and Sasha with her 2 kiddos. We colored Easter eggs too!
